Notaires advise companies

The work of the 118th French Congress of Notaries focused on notarial engineering. The 2nd commission, chaired by Frédéric AUMONT, Althémis Lyon, formulated proposals and recommendations aimed at making business life more fluid and improving the competitiveness of companies:

• for a new form of company: the free company
• for a harmonization of the legal regime of unlisted “social rights”
• for the creation of a certificate of legal and ethical compliance
• for a reform of the perennial fund
