Althémis Paris
Pascal JULIEN SAINT-AMAND is a partner Civil Law notary in Paris and Chairman of the Althémis Group.
Doctor of French and European law, after a career as a tax lawyer, he joined in 1993 the notarial profession to which he had a long family tradition. He has developed a high level expertise in wealth management, and in particular in estate planning for company directors.
He writes on these subjects in numerous books published by Éditions Francis Lefebvre: Pactes d’actionnaires et engagements Dutreil, Mémentos Patrimoine et Droit de la Famille, Les holdings, Stock-options et attributions gratuites d’actions.
He is a lecturer at Paris Dauphine University and the ESCP Business School. He is a member of the FNDP legal committee.
Althémis Andrésy
Sylvie JULIEN SAINT AMAND is a partner notary at Andrésy.
Over and above traditional notarial activities to which she remains very attached, she has developed specific expertise in the area of Family Affairs such as matrimonial property regimes, divorce, and remarried families. She writes on these subjects in the Mémento Famille by Éditions Francis Lefebvre.
Active within her profession’s organisations, she was rapporteur of the Young Notaries Congress in Barcelona in 1984 and of the 95th Congress of Notaries on the family.

Bertrand SAVOURÉ is a partner Civil Law notary in Paris and Vice-Chairman of the Althémis Group.
He specialises in inheritance planning, the transfer of private estates and the transfer of businesses, within a distinctly international context. He regularly covers these issues at conferences or through articles in specialised journals.
He is scientific co-director of the Revue Fiscale du Patrimoine published by LexisNexis.
He has exercised a number of activities within his profession and in particular he chaired the Interdepartmental Chamber of Notaries of Paris until September 2020.
He was also general rapporteur of the 108th congress of notaries in France on the subject of estate planning in 2012, and he is a member of the Institute of Legal Studies of the Conseil Supérieur du Notariat.
Althémis Andrésy
Jean-Pierre KAPLAN is a partner Civil Law notary at Andrésy.
He specialises in real estate issues, in particular the structuring of acquisitions and transfer support. He regularly provides training on these issues to his colleagues and writes in the press.
Althémis Le Vésinet
Frank THIÉRY is a partner Civil Law notary at Le Vésinet.
He joined the notarial profession after completing his training specialising in Legal and Tax Advice offered to companies and entrepreneurs (DJCE). He oversees the Company Law Department of the Althémis Group.
He is a lecturer at the ESCP Business School and is often involved in interprofessional training.

Muriel CARPON is a partner Civil Law notary in Paris.
She holds a double notarial and wealth management qualification. She is co-author at Éditions Larcier of a book on estate engineering in a Franco-Belgian context and she writes for the Ingénierie du Patrimoine collection for LexisNexis and Lamy Patrimoine.
She is a lecturer at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

Guillaume LIGET is a partner Civil Law notary at Le Vésinet.
He specialises in real estate issues, in particular the structuring of acquisitions and transfer support.

Sophie GONSARD is a partner Civil Law notary at Le Vésinet.
She joined the Althémis Group after having spent many years in charge of the engineering division of a wealth management consultancy company. She now oversees the Estate, Family and Estate department.
She co-writes several chapters of the Heritage and Family Law Mementos, as well as the book Assurance-vie by Éditions Francis Lefebvre.
She is a lecturer in the Master in Wealth Management at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
Althémis Excen Aix en Provence
Matthieu LEDUC is a Civil Law notary in Aix en Provence.
In his professional career, he quickly specialised in supporting company directors. For this, he joined the specialized department for business and tax and later the professional estate planning department of the Althémis Group. His dual expertise is his passion and allows him to develop an advisory dimension in the context of his work.

Karine LOUVRIER-MAURIN is a partner Civil Law notary in Nantes, after having managed the Vésinet succession department. She specialises in family legal matters and estate management. She assists private clients on these matters.
